Shipping Regions

We currently ship within Japan and to selected international destinations.
Available shipping regions may change without prior notice.

Processing Time

The shipping schedule depends on the availability of the product.

In-stock items
Orders are typically shipped within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

Pre-order / Made-to-order items
Orders are typically shipped within 14–20 business days after order confirmation.

Please note that during peak periods, holidays, or promotional campaigns, shipping may take longer than usual.

Shipping Fees

Domestic Shipping (Japan)
Flat rate ¥660 (tax included)

Currently, free shipping is available for all orders within Japan.

International Shipping (selected regions)
Flat rate ¥4,400 (tax included)

Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment through the carrier’s tracking service.

Returns and Exchanges

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, we will offer a replacement or refund.
  • An incorrect item was delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.
After confirmation, we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs in such cases will be covered by us.

Returns for Customer Convenience

Returns for customer convenience may be accepted if the following conditions are met:
  • The item is unused
  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
  • All original packaging and accessories are included

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
  • Used products
  • Items returned after more than 7 days from delivery
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Customized or resized products
  • Made-to-order items

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed.
